About the Role
IT Support Engineer - Retail

middle is partnered exclusively with a high-end retail business based in Central London to find their new IT Support Engineer, following an internal promotion!
The Role:
You will be supporting circa 150 end users + stores and head office with their day to day IT support queries and Retail EPOS troubleshooting.
Ideal Skills:
- Experience within a hybrid cloud environment (both on-prem and virtual).
- Proficient experience within Windows environments.
- O365, SharePoint, Exchange and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Directory) experience.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues within a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with EPOS terminals.
- Hardware knowledge and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking principles and protocols – routers, switches, firewalls connectivity, VLAN
- Telephony.
- Intune MDM.
